Global — Remote — Full time
Growth Content Lead
This is not a traditional content role. You won’t be writing for the sake of writing - you’ll turn our work, expertise, partnerships, and technical point of view into content that actually drives growth 🚀 We’re looking for someone who is part strategist, part editor, part operator. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should feel comfortable working with technical topics, asking sharp questions, and translating complex ideas into clear, valuable content.
Apply nowPublished: April 24, 2026
Deadline: June 18, 2026
What you’ll own
You’ll own the entire content system - from idea to distribution to iteration 👇🏼
- Shaping and continuously improving our content strategy and positioning
- Building a content engine that consistently supports the pipeline, partnerships, and brand
- Translating client work, case studies, and technical insights into high-quality content across channels (website, social, sales assets, newsletters)
- Working closely with BD to identify and deliver content that supports deals and partner relationships
- Extracting insights from founders, developers, designers, and delivery teams - and turning them into clear, valuable narratives
- Interviewing developers and technical stakeholders to understand projects, decisions, and tradeoffs behind the work
- Understanding the technical context behind projects (e.g. CMS choices, migrations, architecture decisions) and turning it into content that resonates with business audiences
- Owning and improving our website visibility through content and SEO
- Creating and scaling personal brands of key stakeholders (founders, experts)
- Driving partner co-marketing initiatives and making sure Bejamas is well represented across partner channels
Execution & operations:
- Building and managing the content calendar
- Coordinating case studies and content production with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Turning complex technical projects into compelling case studies and narratives that highlight real impact
- Using AI and automation to speed up research, creation, and distribution
- Repurposing content across formats and channels
- Ensuring content is shipped consistently - no overthinking, no endless drafts
- Measuring performance and continuously improving what works
What we're looking for
You might be a good fit if you:
- Have experience across content, growth, and marketing — ideally in B2B, SaaS, agency, or tech environments 🏄
- Understand how content supports business goals (not just fills a calendar)
- Are comfortable working with technical topics - you don’t need to be an engineer, but you can understand concepts, ask the right questions, and translate them into clear content
- Can understand and explain things like CMS choices, migrations, or architectural decisions at a high level
- Feel confident interviewing developers and extracting meaningful insights from technical conversations
- Are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and pushing things forward
- Can turn messy ideas into clear, shipped content
- Write well, but don’t over-attach to every word
- Know how to use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and execution
- Think in systems, not just individual pieces of content
- Are proactive, organized, and comfortable owning things end-to-end
Nice to have
- Experience with case studies, partner marketing, or co-marketing initiatives
- Understanding of SEO and content distribution
- Experience building repeatable content workflows
- Familiarity with modern web technologies, headless CMS, or developer tools
- Experience working closely with developers or technical teams on content
- Ability to create simple visual assets (e.g. Figma)
- Experience repurposing content into multiple formats (including short-form video)
What success looks like (3–6 months)
- A clear, repeatable content system running smoothly
- Consistent, high-quality output across website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and sales materials
- A strong pipeline of case studies, partner stories, and ICP-focused content
- Content that directly supports business development and partnerships
- Increased visibility, reach, and engagement across channels
- Better collaboration between BD, marketing, leadership, and delivery teams
- Well-functioning co-marketing with partners across channels
- AI-supported workflows that make content production faster and more scalable
- A clear content direction supporting upcoming events and company initiatives
You’ll work closely with business development, founders, and leadership to align content with pipeline, deals, and overall positioning. At the same time, you’ll collaborate with technical and delivery teams, as well as partners, to turn complex work and real client outcomes into clear, engaging content and joint initiatives 🙌🏼
What we can offer
- Real ownership and autonomy in your work, with an ability to influence and shape our communication standards
- Remote-first, async-friendly work setup
- Open feedback culture and direct communication
- 145h per month is our full-time, so we work less ⛹️♂️
- B2B contract + private healthcare add-on
- Access to our Amazon tech book library 📚
- All the tools and software you need to do your job well
