Remote-only
We have never got a physical office and we work 100% remotely from the day one. You can trust us there will be no office return, ever.

Flexible time schedule
We don't have strict core hours since our teammates are based in different time zones. We care about our work results, not 9-5 availability.

Async communication
We mostly write over Slack and prepare the documentation rather than jump on calls. We don't like endless meetings and we keep the amount of them to minimum.
